You need a Discord account for checkout, order history, and delivery. Signing in connects the order to the correct customer and makes a private delivery ticket possible.

- Use the Discord account where the team can reach you later.
- Plan a time when you can be online on HugoSMP for the handover.
The five stages of an order

Choose a product
Add an available offer to your cart or start a direct purchase from its product page.

Sign in with Discord
Your profile links the cart, payment, and later delivery to the right account.

Select a payment method
Choose card payment through Stripe or a supported cryptocurrency through NOWPayments.

Wait for the automated delivery start
After server-side payment confirmation, the system processes stock and automatically creates your private delivery ticket.

Coordinate the handover
A team member arranges the timing and in-game handover with you in a private Discord ticket.
Understanding your order status
Immediately after checkout, an order may still be waiting for the provider to confirm payment. Do not start a second identical payment while it is pending.
Once payment is verified, the delivery workflow starts automatically with stock processing, notifications, and the private Discord ticket. The order is completed only after the coordinated in-game handover.
If an order stops progressing
- Keep your order ID ready. It appears in your profile and checkout confirmation.
- Never send sensitive payment data or complete wallet keys to a team member.
- Open a private support ticket on the HugoSMP Discord and explain which step is blocked.
