Why the marketplace exists
The shop creates one consistent place for offers related to HugoSMP. Instead of resolving price, availability, and handover across scattered messages, products are listed with current stock and a consistent checkout.
Payment verification, inventory, and creation of the private delivery ticket are automated. The actual in-game handover is then coordinated with a team member.
Our operating principles
- Prices and stock should be visible before checkout.
- An order counts as paid only after server-side provider confirmation.
- Inventory is reserved during active orders and released after expiry.
- Delivery and questions stay together in a private ticket with an order reference.
- Public reviews come from completed, attributable orders.
What we do not promise
Delivery times depend on the product and team availability, so we do not make a blanket instant-delivery promise. A successful redirect to a payment provider is also not the same as a confirmed payment.
The marketplace does not store complete card details or wallet credentials. Payment processing and technical confirmation are handled through Stripe and NOWPayments.
