Why the shop exists
The shop creates one consistent place for offers related to HugoSMP. Instead of resolving price, availability, and delivery across scattered messages, products are listed with current stock and a consistent checkout.
Payment verification, inventory, delivery and the private ticket are fully automated - no manual step in between, whatever the hour.
Our operating principles
- Prices and stock should be visible before checkout.
- An order counts as paid only after server-side provider confirmation.
- Inventory is reserved during active orders and released after expiry.
- The delivery receipt and any questions stay together in a private ticket with an order reference.
- Public reviews come from completed, attributable orders.
What we do not promise
Delivery is automatic and normally completes within seconds. Delays are only possible if a payment provider or the game server is disrupted. A successful redirect to a payment provider is also not the same as a confirmed payment.
The shop does not store complete card details or wallet credentials. Payment processing is handled by external, secured payment services.
