Supported payment methods
Checkout displays only the methods that are currently available. Confirmation time can vary by provider and blockchain network.
- Cards and wallets: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Cryptocurrency: Checkout displays the coins and networks that are currently supported.
- Product prices are shown in euros; the crypto provider calculates the corresponding amount for the selected network.
When a payment is confirmed
A redirect or wallet transaction alone does not mark an order as paid. The shop waits for a server-side confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
Cryptocurrency networks may require several confirmations. Send the exact amount shown at checkout and use the selected network. Incorrect networks or amounts cannot be matched automatically.

Stock and notifications are processed, and the system creates a private ticket containing your order reference.

You and the team agree on a time when you can be reached on the HugoSMP server.

Delivery and completion
The system delivers automatically and records the order as complete.
Handle payment issues safely
- Share only the order ID, payment provider, and visible status with support.
- Never publish full card details, seed phrases, or private wallet keys.
- If you were charged but the order is not confirmed, open a private ticket and wait for review before paying again.
- Keep external payment receipts until the order has been completed.
