Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders through HugoSMP Markets. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices in Euro incl. VAT. Payment via PayPal, credit card, or other offered methods. Payment is due immediately after ordering.

3. Delivery

Digital goods (money, items) are credited to your HugoSMP account immediately after payment is received. For technical issues, contact our Discord support.

4. Right of Withdrawal

By agreeing to immediate delivery of digital content, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

5. Terms of Use

Purchased goods are bound to your Minecraft account and are not transferable. Access may be blocked for rule violations without refund.

6. Liability

HugoSMP Markets is not liable for damages due to force majeure, server outages, or changes to the Minecraft game.
