Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders through HugoSMP Markets. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euro incl. VAT. Payment can be made by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or with a cryptocurrency offered at checkout. Payment is due immediately after ordering.

3. Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, delivery is carried out automatically to the HugoSMP account given at checkout, normally within seconds. A private Discord ticket is opened as a receipt and support channel. Delays are only possible if a payment provider or the game server is disrupted.

4. Right of Withdrawal

By agreeing to immediate delivery of digital content, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

5. Terms of Use

Purchased goods are bound to your Minecraft account and are not transferable. Access may be blocked for rule violations without refund.

6. Liability

HugoSMP Markets is not liable for damages due to force majeure, server outages, or changes to the Minecraft game.
